3. Orders and Payments

Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Vivonu may offer products through recurring subscription plans.

When you select a subscription and complete your purchase, you authorize recurring payments according to the delivery frequency, quantity, and renewal price disclosed during checkout.

First-order promotional discounts apply only to your initial purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All subsequent subscription orders are charged at the disclosed regular recurring price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

For example, if you select three packs on a monthly subscription, you will receive three packs with each monthly delivery and be charged the recurring subtotal corresponding to those three packs.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Subscriptions section of your customer account or by contacting support@vivonuofficial.online.

Cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed to prevent that renewal. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Any changes to recurring pricing or other material subscription terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges, and any available delivery estimates are presented at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
